In Answer to Your Questions…

The Sages instruct us: “Appoint for yourself a spiritual mentor.” It is essential that every person have a personal mentor, who will provide him with sound guidance in all areas of life, beginning with the most important area of one’s life – one’s service of G-d.

In matters such as livelihood or health one should also consult friends who are experts in those fields. In this way, one’s questions and doubts can be dispelled from the start.

And still one can always request a blessing from the Rebbe. “The shepherds of Israel do not forsake their flock.” Even after his physical passing, my father-in-law the Rebbe serves the Jewish People. And when a blessing is requested of him, he does not simply answer it – he answers in a way that impacts and affects the innermost parts of the person’s life.
